If you would like to order 1/4 Spring Beef for Spring 2026, please send us an email with

subject line: Place 1/4 order

Information to include in your email:   Your name (first and last), email address, phone number, mailing address.

I will then send you an invoice through PayPal to pay your $100 deposit (or if you plan on mailing your check please let me know).

Sorry for the inconvenience!  But right now we are full-time strawberry farming, so fixing this issue on my webiste will have to wait.

The price displayed ($100) is the deposit required on 1/4 beef. The estimated total cost on 1/4 beef is $625 – $775.

You are required to pay a $100 deposit on your order of 1/4 beef. Pay immediately using Paypal/Credit Card (use the PayPal option to pay with credit card even if you don’t have a PayPal account – PayPal will still process your card for us) or choose “Cash on Delivery” and mail us a check within 2 weeks of your order. This deposit will be put toward the final cost of your order. The remainder of your cost is due upon pickup of the product. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, your deposit will be refunded.
