The price displayed ($100) is the deposit required on 1/4 beef. The estimated total cost on 1/4 beef is $625 – $775.

Pre-order now. This product is for beef that will be butchered in the Spring 2025.

We have 7 whole beef shares available for the Fall/Winter 2024 and 12 whole beef shares for Spring 2025.

You are required to pay a $100 deposit on your order of 1/4 beef. Pay immediately using Paypal/Credit Card or choose “Cash on Delivery” and mail us a check within 2 weeks of your order. This deposit will be put toward the final cost of your order. The remainder of your cost is due upon pickup of the product. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, your deposit will be refunded.
