Happy Critters Farm is owned by Joe and Amanda Lambert. The farm includes our 20 acre homestead in Mahtowa and 58 acres in Barnum.  We also use several rented properties.

Here at Happy Critters Farm, we raise happy, healthy animals that you can feel good about feeding your family. Our beef is grass-finished (no grain), and our pork and poultry are pasture-raised and receive non-GMO feed. All of our animals are frequently moved to new pastures.  We are not certified organic, but we follow many organic practices. (We are currently not raising pork or poultry for public sale).

In addition to grass-finished beef, we are the new owners of Spectrum Farm Strawberries, now known as Happy Critters Farm: The Berry Field, in Carlton, MN.  We take our knowledge of soil health and fertility and apply it to the practices we use to create great strawberries for you to pick in the summer.
