Custom Cut Orders

We offer custom cut meats.  Custom cut sales of beef and pork are large quantities (for example, 1/4 beef or 1/2 pig).  Customers often pre-order their custom cut meats a few months in advance to ensure we reserve an animal for them.  If you are interested in custom cuts, please check out the link below.  Contact us with any questions.
