We have the individual pork cuts bundled into 30# variety packs.  All our bundles are variety packs to give you a chance to sample the pork products available from our USDA processor. The packs will include a variety of the pork products we have on-hand at the time of your purchase.  You will have a minimum of 30 pounds of pork products in your variety pack.
