Selecting “pay at pickup” may be a good idea for this product because the weight of each package varies, but is generally between 1 – 2 pounds per package.

These pork bratwursts are linked together and can be easily cut to separate after they are thawed.

Generally, we thaw them in boiling water for 15 minutes, then grill quickly.  However, you can also thaw them completely and then and put them straight on the grill.
